Whether you’ve worked in the care sector before or want to make the move into care, we have a role for you. We prize a warm heart and caring nature above previous experience, providing training and support to help you reach your full potential.

Revalidation is a mandatory, formal process that occurs every three years which renews your registration with The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You are able to maintain your registration by demonstrating your ability to practice in a safe manner. Britannia Social Care will support and provide advise to all staff members who are due for revalidation. There are a number of criteria that are required for you to revalidate and we will support you with meeting these requirements. These requirements include 450 practice hours for nurses, practice related feedback, reflective accounts, health and character declaration, evidence of a continuing practical development plan and a valid professional indemnity agreement.
